A few common questions about building your legacy with Memory Vault.
Memory Vault is a private vault where you can store notes, photos, and videos for the people you love.
All notes and files are stored encrypted. Only you have access to your vault. Others can only see your memories after a trusted contact chosen by you confirms that you have passed away.
After your chosen trusted contacts have confirmed your passing, each person receives the memories you linked to them. This can be through a group or directly to that person.
Every 30 days, we send you an email asking you to confirm how you are doing. If you let us know that your health is declining or that things are getting worse, we will also send this email to your trusted contacts every 30 days from that moment on.
If you do not respond within 5 days, we will contact your trusted contacts.
As soon as one of them confirms your passing, the memories you linked will be automatically shared with the right people.
Yes. You can keep adding stories, changing recipients, and refining your legacy.
Yes. You can link memories directly to specific people or to groups, such as family, friends, or grandchildren.
If you do not respond within 14 days, your trusted contacts are contacted to confirm whether something has happened.
